I am so excited to be sharing this Stop Motion video taken at La Grange de la Gatineau on the blog today, it is something I have wanted to explore further and I am so appreciative to both Stephanie and Alex for inviting me to shoot their wedding in this format.

Traditionally I shoot wedding photography, but having the ability to be completely creative and combine my two loves of photography and music brought me so much enjoyment!

I first met Stephanie through my position co-leading the Ottawa chapter of the Rising Tide Society. Prior to meeting her, I was a tremendous fan of her newborn photography which you can check out here: Pure Natural Newborn and when I heard she was getting married at La Grange de la Gatineau, I was so excited at the prospect of shooting a stop motion video to compliment her wedding photography.

Stephanie and Alex are such a genuine couple, and I have really enjoyed getting to know both of them better throughout their wedding preparations. They both know who they are as individuals and how to compliment each other as a couple. The speeches at their wedding were heartfelt and it was clear to everyone present how much they are loved individually and how much this wedding is a celebration for their respective families and their friends.

Their wedding was such a beautiful day, from the grounds of La Grange de la Gatineau to the beautiful floral arrangements by Satin & Snow, Stephanie’s glam squad and the guys looking ever-so-dapper! The whole day was an absolute dream.

I hope you enjoy their stop motion video and make sure you turn on the sound!

Thank you to all the vendors that brought this day to life.
